Log into my account
I haven't got the service installed yet, but I need to check my payments details and I can't log into my account.
I've tried changing my password without using any weird symbol as it was suggested in other posts, but still not working, could you give me hand here?
Also, I would like to know if the direct debit setup has been disapproved by my extra annoying bank, it means that the installing process have been cancelled as well. I've not been informed in that respect and I payed the first expenses but i just want to be sure.
