Log in details not recognised

My log in details are correct cannot log in or change password as stated not recognised

I'm sorry that it's not allowing you to login to the member centre or begin the password reset process at the moment. I've tried sending you the password reset email from this side and it failed on the first attempt but my second attempt appears to have been successful. Please allow up to four hours for the password reset email to reach you and let us know if this doesn't come through to your side.
