I'm wondering if the Live Chat service and phoning Plusnet are functionally equivalent? Will I be able to, for example, cancel my account via Live Chat, or negotiate a renewal via Live Chat, or can that only be done via a phone call?
Hi @Bacalhau the level of support we can offer on live chat and on the phones does differ slightly.
For example you can negotiate a re contract via live chat and also over the phone with our Customer options department, but as for cancellations this can only be actioned over the phone directly with Customer options.
