Link in reward email not working.

I received the reward email: Claim your Plusnet Reward

But when I click the link in the email to fill in the short form https://www.plusnetrewards.com/, I get the following error message:

This page isn't working at the moment

If the problem continues, contact the site owner.

HTTP ERROR 464

Can anyone suggest how I can claim the reward I was promised when I signed up to Plusnet broadband please?

I've never seen that code before, so I looked it up. Apparently it indicates a AWS (Amazon Web Services) specific protocol error - so that website is in the Amazon cloud and was broken when you tried to access it.

I'd try again later.

It's working now, for me at least.
