I paid my line rental saver on 16/06/20
today 16/01/2021 I’ve received a bill for £14.. I know my broadband is £8 a month so have looked into this and PN have taken my £209 line rental saver and have been charging me £19,99 a month for this
I'm at a loss as to why they have stopped my direct debit of £8 a month and are charging me £28 a month from the £209 line rental saver.
Help would be appreciated I haven’t stopped my direct debit it’s been ok for years.
