Line rental saver

Why have I been billed for full line rental on my first 2 bills even though I have signed up for line rental saver. Angry
Support saying there is an issue is not good enough as I am being billed for my line rental twice and have to chase it up to be refunded only to have the same problem again.  It is a shame billing is out of sync as I am happy otherwise.

Hi HaresEar,
Have you managed to resolve the problem. I'm having the same issues, getting very fed up. Very poor if the problem has been around since October 13 and still not sorted!
