I have just received an email offering to renew my line rental saver. As my broadband contract has got a while still to run I was interested in renewing it. The problem I have is I can’t find how to on the Plusnet website. I realise that there is a link in the email and I may be being overly cautious but I thought I would be able to navigate to the same page by logging into my Plusnet account. I have tried searching but all I seem to get is the price guide and I tried using the add on extra option but no luck. Am I missing something?
