Line rental duplicate payment

I tried to renew LRS (which expires on 31 Dec )  on 29 and 30 December but unable to do this:
You can't add Line Rental Saver for the moment. Unfortunately Customer Centre Members will not be able to do this for you either.
• Our system may be updating. Please try again later.

I called to pay over the phone on 30 December , Question #185941455 , still not able to do so.
I renewed online on 1 January but I have been billed this month for Line Rental £18.99 by direct debit.
I request that this is cancelled or refunded.
