Line rental bill too high

I took out line rental saver and paid £197.88 at the beginning of my 12 month contract but I've just found out that I've been billed £18.99 a month since the beginning so I've just been charged when I wasn't expecting it. Can this be ammended please?

I managed to talk to someone on the phone and this has now been dealt with
