Line Rental

Hi    Some clarification please.  I received question 201013408 inviting me to renew my Line Rental Saver. This I am happy to do but when I go to the website I am told this has already been done!! - don't want to pay twice!!

I have seen similar posts here recently. Looks like another bug in the billing system. Hopefully a Plusnet staffer will be along to sort things out.
