Line Rental

One thing that has always puzzled me and always will about your bill generator
why dose it never list line rental as line rental.....
Ive asked several times over the phone and your staff even seem to be confused as to why....and Ive never got a answer
to be completely fair its not/ should not be that hard to change and im pretty sure its confusing as hell for new customers...
for instance on my account i have added the talk mobile to my phone (extra £6 a month)  aswell ad the unlimited 60 minutes uk calls... all in £9.99 a month
now this all shows as one charge for call charge.....
but then i have this
Talk Mobile 1 charge  17/12/2013 16/01/2014  £14.99
so if your new to plusnet (and not used to the outdated system) this would come across as been charged twice for the same product ... please correct me if im wrong

Same on my bill from 1st Nov., couldn't be much clearer? The problem is, it's showing as £0.00 and shouldn't be. However, it's in hand and probably due to the antiquated/flawed billing system will have to be taken via debit card manually.

I have LRS (until it runs out) but the line rental is presumably the line that reads 'Talk Anytime charge' and my 'Talk Anytime' is shown as 'Call Plan charge'.
I've always found this confusing.
