I want to change to paying line rental in advance to get the price reduction. However, I cannot find anything online which enables me to do this. Needless to say, the online chat is not available. How do I arrange this?

OK, I have tried this but it tells me that Line Rental Saver is not available with my current call plan. I am sure that this was mentioned when I took it out, so why is it not now available to me?

That is rather strange @JHS it should just take you to the payment screen as all our call packages are compatible for Line Rental Saver. If this is the case I would suggest contacting our customer options team on 0800 013 2632 and then select option 1 then option 2 and they will be able to add this on for you and read through the terms & conditions of the Line Rental Saver as well.
