Line Rental and Call plan have been removed from my Bill
Can someone please look at my account, as something has been incorrectly changed.
On my previous bill I have been refunded for line rental and call plans, and haven't been charged for them going forwards.
Up until the 16/08/20, I had been billed correctly, so whatever has occurred has happened between then and the following bill
Please could this be looked at urgently, as I don't see why I should end up having to repay a large lump sum through no fault of my own.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
I can see that something isn't right as you have pointed out with the billing and I will need to speak with my billing team tomorrow when they are back on shift.
I will update you via the account and send you a copy by email.
