Line Rental and Call plan have been removed from my Bill

Can someone please look at my account, as something has been incorrectly changed.

 

On my previous bill I have been refunded for line rental and call plans, and haven't been charged for them going forwards.

 

Up until the 16/08/20, I had been billed correctly, so whatever has occurred has happened between then and the following bill

 

Please could this be looked at urgently, as I don't see why I should end up having to repay a large lump sum through no fault of my own.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

 

I can see that something isn't right as you have pointed out with the billing and I will need to speak with my billing team tomorrow when they are back on shift.

 

I will update you via the account and send you a copy by email.

Just to follow up on this, as still hasn't been correctly resolved.

 

My current account "armageus23" is still missing products and not being billed correctly, however I've just received an email stating money will be taken for a previous account "armageus" that should have been closed.
