Line Rental Saver

Hi,

Recently renewed my contract with Plusnet and was told I could extend the line rental saver to continue the discount but whenever I try all I see is the attached error.

@PlusNetCustomer How do I renew my line saver?

Hello @dsg I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties renewing your Line Rental Saver via your members portal.

 

Are you able to showcase the error message you are receiving as a screenshot, so we can have a further look into this?

 

Alternatively, our Customer Services Team can renew your Line Rental Saver for you, you can call them on 0800 432 0200, the lines are open everyday from 7.30am-10pm.

Sorry if I'm missing something, it looks like you've already renewed your line rental saver not long ago as per this service notice and the screenshot you've provided advises it is due to expire next year.
