Hello @fistsbs I would advise getting in touch with our Customer Service Team to help you with your renewal, you can call them on 0800 432 0200, the lines are open everyday from 7.30am-10pm.
I will send this screenshot across to the relevant team, as advised we are aware of an issue that impacts a few accounts that have difficulties applying for the Line Rental Saver on our members portal, I do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
