Line Rental Saver not applied on new contract

Just had my latest bill through which shows I am being charged £31.24 for my line rental that I've paid for via the line rental saver. As you will see from my account, I recently moved house and signed up for a new 18 month contract.

My current line rental saver expires on 05/02/19. However on my latest bill that's came out tonight, I've been charged £12.25 from the 17/12/18 to 05/01/19 and £18.99 between 06/01/19 to 05/02/19?

Why am I being charged £12.25 and £18.99 (£31.24) when I still have a month to go with my line rental saver which ends on 05/02/19? I'm paying twice for something I've already paid for!

In addition, during my house move my broadband did not go live on 17/12/18 but a day later on 18/12/18. I was advised by one of your online chat agents that I would be compensated for the day lost without any internet service and I was told this was recorded on my account (I have the screenshots of the chat confirming this).

Can you please advise on these issues please?
