Looks like accounts haven't taken my Line Rental Saver payment.
I have a closed ticket on my account mentioning this and received a missed call from PN but looking at the CSC stats  I decided to call another time.

Just wondering if it's worth giving CSC a call or will it be sorted this month or next billing date....or have I missed the boat completely

Right - it's part of a problem that's been identified, there's a cleanup planned but it's not ready to roll. I'll keep you posted, reference is 69446 if you need to ask anyone else about it
EDIT: I should say we'll be sorting out any incorrect payments if any occur.
