I have received the email informing me my LRS is about to expire. If I go to the LRS portal link as supplied it says
"You're already signed up for Line Rental Saver.
This will start from your next billing date."
The same message appeared before on the previous bill.
My current LRS expires on 21/02/2021 and I have not renewed it yet.
Please help.

hi @Pallathu from what inderstand they are withdrawing the line rental saver possibly by the 18th feb ,Plusnet indicated they were going to stop LRS in April last year, I suggest you contact Plusnet to see how your case should be handled because I think that we are going to have to pay a monthly line rental rather than a lump sum every 12 months

@hooverman I read another post on here (I can’t remember the post) say that you can renew line rental saver one final time before it’s withdrawn.
Sounds like the OP’s issue is something different

@Pallathu I've got this fixed for you, you should be able to renew now by going to plus.net/rentalsaver
