When I try to renew here, https://www.plus.net/apps/linerental/saver/portal, all I see is, "You're already signed up for Line Rental Saver. This will start from your next billing date."
LRS has never renewed automatically; I've always had to log in and pay.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hello, I too am having the same issue renewing my line rental saver which is due to expire on the 28/05/20. I have tried following the link provided in my line saver renewal email though it just tells me I have already signed up for the renewal which, unless it is an automatic renewal, I have not. I have tried looking within my account pages to find the line rental renewal (instead of using the email link) though I have had no success. I have also tried contacting the customer support with no real success which is why I have now created this forum account and replied to this thread. If possible, could you or another member of the Plusnet team provide some assistance in renewing my line rental saver?

I have the same problem - I CANNOT access anywhere to pay the rental saver up front !
WHY is it so difficult ?

Sorry to hear that. I can see that you've spoke with our Customer Options Team to renew your contract as per this ticket
Once contract will be active - you will be able to purchase Line Rental Saver here

I am boosting this thread rather than start my own.
Like other users, I am exasperated at how poorly my Line Rental Saver information is presented on the site.
Why isn't the subscription period listed anywhere (that I can find)?
Why isn't it under Manage Account, or Billing, or Phone?
Why is there no obvious way to navigate to it?
(Off-topic, there is also no obvious way to navigate to raising a support ticket either)
All I have is an opaque email stating that I have paid my Line Rental Saver (but not when I paid it) and it will start "when your next payment for line rental is due".
Is it too onerous a task to put that date in the email?
PlusNet has the information.

@SwiftianSatire If you go to the line rental saver payment page http://www.plus.net/rentalsaver you’ll be able to see the expiry date

Exactly my point.
1. There is no obvious way to navigate to that page.
2. Yes, it contains the expiry date.
It tells me that that is 04-11-2020.
What it doesn't tell me is that the next one will start on 05-11-2020 because I paid for it on 05-10-2020.
Or what I paid for it.
Sometimes, one would like a little confirmation information!

There should be a closed ticket on your account dated the day you paid for your LRS. You should also have received an email/

Thank you for your reply but it proves my point that the system is incredibly opaque.
I have 5 closed questions for that day listed thus:-

l have to click into each one to find which one contains the info I want.
And, yes, I received an email which, as I said earlier does not contain the date of the renewal or indeed the Service Notice #
The information should be clearly displayed and accessible.

Hey there @SwiftianSatire I've updated your account under ticket: 207569159 You can't usually see the expiry date of your new LRS package until the existing one comes to it's end date.

Hi - I have got this very same issue too, so am replying here rather than starting a new thread.
The two issues I have with the members area are:
- When I try to renew here, https://www.plus.net/apps/linerental/saver/portal, all I see is, "You're already signed up for Line Rental Saver. This will start from your next billing date."
- It displays "You've not updated your communication preferences for 6 months" despite having done it probably a dozen or so times in the last 6 months.
Please can you clean up my account on your website so I can renew the line rental saver?

Hi - I have got this very same issue too, so am replying here rather than starting a new thread.
I have received the email informing me my LRS is about to expire. If I go to the LRS portal link as supplied it says
"You're already signed up for Line Rental Saver.
This will start from your next billing date."
The same message appeared before on the previous bill.
My current LRS expires on 22/02/2021 and I have not renewed it yet.
I did ring to try and sort it, 1st time I was on hold for over 55 mins. Rang back and the person was having the same problem as I was.
Said he would flag it and for me to ring back tomorrow..
Since your live chat is now effectively dead, this seemed the best way to have some record..
Please help.
