Guess who wanted to renew his LRS a month early to  avoid the price rise and also to change from Anytime to Anytime plus mobile but guess what the computer says no

Probably I haven't phoned yet. I tried chat last month and was told I had to phone.
You could try billing.

I can't see any reason why it's not letting you renew.,

With regards to the change of call plan you'd have to call us or go on online chat.

chat advised that despite trying including temporarily removing the LRS that the system wouldn't permit it

Hey Oldjim.

I've discussed this with Chris, and unfortunately for reasons I can't go into on here it's not possible to add any of the new call packages to your account whilst LRS remains active.

Whilst I appreciate the following suggestion is not the plan you were looking for, we can add a legacy call package on to your account which includes your Anytime package + 1000 Mobile Minutes for £9.99 per month.

Has the antiquated billing system struck again? Were we not promised a new one when you were Youngjim? I'm surprised that PN can't offer a discount to bring the price down especially as the change you want is not unreasonable.
