Line Rental Saver - You've diddled me out of a month's line rental!

01/12/2011 (30326616) Paid monthly line rental up to 31/12/2011
01/01/2012 (30922455) Paid Line Rental Saver to 31/12/2012
01/11/2012 (37082473) Paid Line Rental Saver to 31/12/2013
03/11/2013 (45497931) Paid Line Rental Saver to 31/12/2014.
By your calculations, one of those Line Rental Saver years is only 11 months long!
I am happy to pay for another year's Line rental Saver, but I do not expect to be charged line rental a second time for the period 01/12/2014 to 31/12/2014..

And another example to add to the list. But you may be interested to here that I am liaising with billing accuracy over all the problems with LRS to get a bit more of an idea of when all of the problems should be resolved.

Jelv has championed the cause of customers who have been mistreated or mis-charged by errors or omissions in PlusNet's systems, business processes and customer service agent training.
It is important that the root cause of each error highlighted here is found and corrected. Not all customers scrutinise their bills and charges and are consequently liable to be affected by the errors reported and corrected bu actions on this forum.

There's something not quite right with that date. My Novembers are only 30 days long. Looks like the month number got changed.

Kronos 2001.... Typo is in the first bit. It should have read: "I have just received an email telling me that my Line Rental Save is due, and if I do not renew, I will be billed monthly line rental from 30/11/2014."
Looks like Matty knew what I meant!

I shall assume that, by a total lace of response from anyone at PlusNet, that you are going to refund me one month's Line Rental, then I will renew my Line Rental Saver during December to get is all back into sinc.

Very disappointed that no-one wants to speak to me! Having posted this some while back, and having asked for an update during the last couple of weeks, I have received no response from ANYONE!!!!!
I have just logged into my online PN bill, and guess what?! I have been charged £15.99 for line rental for December 2014, which as discussed previously has been paid up to the end of December 2014 in Line Rental Saver.
I will happily pay for LRS for a further year, but only when I have received you assurance that this (£15.99) will be refunded to my account.
So, come on, some one at PlusNet..........PLEASE SPEAK TO ME before I start looking at Sky Broadband and SkyTalk!!!!!!
