Line Rental Saver Link Problem

On Tues I received a reminder email from Plusnet to renew my line rental, but the link on the email doesn't work so
I can't yet renew it.
The link I've been sent is ...  http://www.plus.net/rentalsaver
Can anyone please advise ?

That's strange, all I get is the following message.....
The requested URL cannot be found or is not available. Please check the spelling or try again later.

Managed to get through now, had to use a different browser (internet explorer).
For some reason the link wouldn't work using my usual browser which is firefox.

I have a similar problem in that I get to the log in page but cannot log in because I migrated from vodafone at home and that option is not there in the provider drop down. I had to trawl through the member centre and renew that way.
