Line Rental Saver Charged Twice
When I initially subscribed to PlusNet on 23 August I paid for Line Rental Saver; I have now received my first bill which includes a charge for Line Rental Saver but does not include the payment already made, so this will be taken again by direct debit. I notice that others have a similar problem so I hope that PlusNet sort out all of these errors promptly.
