I want to know when my Line Rental Saver is due for renewal. I can't find anything in the member centre about it though. Where can I find out the renewal date?

The only way I know of is to go to https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=view_transactions&s=0 and scroll down to see when it was first paid
Note in my case I needed to go back more than 1 year because I renewed early last time

Payment date doesn't necessarily give you the expiry date if you paid for it in advance like I did.

I'm still curious as to why this fundamental piece of information is not in the account summary.

IMO the account summary is very poor, mine shows 'Talk Anytime' at £0(monthly) which I can only assume is actually the line rental which is currently £0 per month with LRS, the LRS is not shown and the actual 'Anytime call plan' is not itemised at all (neither is caller display).
Since the summery is titled 'View all the Products & Services you've bought from PlusNet' surely it should include all products and services previously or currently charged or chargeable.
Invoices also show line rental as 'Talk Anytime charge' which I find rather unclear.
