Limited services

Limited my services because my dd failed a couple of days ago?? It says in the email I have 2 weeks to pay and u limit my services straight away absolute joke.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing restrictions to your services despite being within the period in which to make your payment. I've checked your account but have been unable to determine the cause of this from here.

I contacted someone via Facebook messenger as well and they have sorted the problem now thank you
