Limit nearly reached

Hi,
Don't know if it's possible to ask the question on here, but there is such a long waiting time on the phones, so I'll give it a go.  I received an email to say I have nearly reached the 10GB limit on my PlusNet value account.  I want to cap it at 10GB and I think I've done this via the website but I would be grateful if it could be checked.  Also will I still be able to use the 12 to 8am for free.  It's never happened before, I am blaming my dad for downloading sat nav stuff.

Hi there,
Your limit is set, so you won't get any extra usage charges. Your service will be slowed down though and that's 24/7 until usage resets, so I'm afraid even off peak it's still limited.

Thanks Matt, does that mean that I'll still be able to access some sites even though it will be slow or will it get cut off altogether.

You should be able to access any site, just at a very reduced speed - iirc it's around 256kb/s
