Let's have some balance here, I moved to another ISP with no problem whatsoever

Subject line says it all...

After signing up to a new ISP

  1. Plusnet notified me of the takeover (twice by letter actually!)
  2. New ISP takes over.
  3. Plusnet calculate final bill, arrange refund and cancel direct debit.
  4. That's it!

It worked!

 

I must have been really bad in a previous life as this was my 3rd ISP in a row that used lithium.
Now you're stuck with me because my new ISP doesn't run a forum Cheesy

I hope all goes well with your new provider.  Really great to hear feedback when all goes to plan, as I'm sure it does for the majority of users.
