Let's have some balance here, I moved to another ISP with no problem whatsoever

Subject line says it all...
After signing up to a new ISP
- Plusnet notified me of the takeover (twice by letter actually!)
- New ISP takes over.
- Plusnet calculate final bill, arrange refund and cancel direct debit.
- That's it!
It worked!

I hope all goes well with your new provider. Really great to hear feedback when all goes to plan, as I'm sure it does for the majority of users.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
