Legacy JustMail User Only - Cancel without Phoning and Holding

Hello,
I have found out in the news that madasafish is closing; I have moved my domain (£25 fee for the privilege) and I now want to cancel my JustMail legacy account. Do I really have to phone up to do this? I have tried for days and been on hold constantly; is there any way to cancel this via email or something?
I am not a Plusnet broadband or phone customer, it's only the JustMail (I joined in the old freenetname days).
If I have to listen to Moloko's 'Sing It Back' for one more second whilst on hold I will be pushed over the edge and committed to an insane asylum.
Thank you.

I cancelled my MAAF Just Mail account last week and you do have to ring up or send notice in writing - Daft isn't it!

Re: Legacy JustMail User Only - Cancel without Phoning and Holding

Just found out about this myself.
I have an old ic24 email and webspace account that was taken over by PlusNet.
Reading on another forum it seems that it if it a PAYG account then I will still have access to them, unlike if it were a subscription account which the email and webspace is closing. Seems some conflicting info about.
