Legacy 55/10 package lost after renewal.

I have just renewed my Fibre broadband contract for the next 2 years.  I was on the now legacy 55/10 package, and made it perfectly clear during renewal that I wanted to continue with this.  It looks line that on 09/10/20 (Contract renewal date), my package has been downgraded to 40/10.  Could you please investigate.

I read some posts about this a while ago. I believe that 55/10 is a legacy product no longer offered so if you recontract you’ll be contracting on a current product either 40/10 or 80/20.

.......unless it was agreed at the time of renewal as the OP said.. In which case it could be said to be a condition of he recontract. This is not an unknown happening.
