Left in August and you said I’d be refunded within 20 days on my complaint in september

What’s going on? I left in August and you stole £39 from my account at the beginning of September. I complained 3 times to you and your final response was that a final bill and refund would be arranged within 20 days. The time has now gone and still don’t have my money back!!!
