Left Plusnet last September, still getting billed?????

Just received an email telling me Plusnet are sending my latest and last bill and will be taking payment from my bank.
I've already paid my last bill and any relevant charges, and been with EE since 8th October.
I tried ringing customer support but got fed up after hanging on for 35 minutes. I can't access my old account with Plusnet as it says quite rightly Account Close.
Username: Aynglfyre
Perhpaps someone can PM me about this?
I'd like someone sort this out !!!!!!!!

Hello @Whiskerpuss, you should be able to access your online account as it does not close even when you leave. I have refreshed this for you, so it may be worth trying again. Just for clarification I can see we have sent you the final invoice that we do not need payment for.

It says account closed.
So I assume I can ignore the invoice and Plusnet will not attempt to take payment.

@Whiskerpuss as advised above we require no payment, you account is up to date and closed.

Thanks for the link, the link is for Aynglfyre53 a different account , the invioce I've received an invoice for was Aynglfyre which was the previous account to Aynglfyre53.
Original Account: Aynglfyre - Closed
Last Account: Aynglfyre53 - Closed
Hopefully Accounts will, after your email to them, now make sure neither account will receive invoices as they are both closed.
