Left Plusnet but they still take their payments

Left Plusnet a while ago, but they are still very kindly helping themselves to their monthly payments. For example, I see a scheduled payment invoiced on 13/10 for £13.49. Why?, I'm no longer a customer!.

Not too far below, I see another thread with ex-subscriber reporting exactly the same issue, what is going on Plusnet??!!!
