Due to selling our house we cancelled our plusnet services.
Despite numerous contradictory texts and emails I think this has been done.
The account when I log in says it is in process of being shut down though people on phone says it is already shut. Again conflicting info.
There is a credit on the account according to my most recent bill. Though it does not say its a final bill/credit anywhere on it. The refund was due before now but has not been sent to me. Once more people have told me different things throughout the process about how this works.
Any staff members who can help get this matter concluded please.
