I left Plusnet on the 31st of August but continued to be charged for September. I have called three times and three times I have been told I'd get this money back. I have raised 'tickets' on my account and no one has ever answered one. My contract ended on the 25th August and notice was given two weeks prior (by Sky) so this is not the issue.
How do I get this sorted out?
Any help much appreciated.
