Leaving plusnet

Hi,

My new provider has given me a switchover date of 2nd of June but an automated plusnet email I got says the service will transfer over on the 3d of June. Is there anyway of sorting this?

I see you spoke to one of my colleagues earlier today, the order is due to complete anytime on the 2nd to transfer to the new provider. This can be right up until midnight.
