Hi,
Thinking about leaving to go to a cable provider in our area. Nothing to do with your service, more about getting a package with TV included.
Could you advise on where we stand on costs if we were to leave in the next few weeks
username=thorleylane
Thanks

It's at £47 at the moment - £22 for the remaining Unlimited contract and £25 for cessation. If you weren't moving to cable and migrating the service instead you wouldn't need to pay that but as it's cable I'm afraid it'll require a cease. That cessation charge is slightly less than we're charged for our suppliers for a cease, which is why it's charged in the first place.

Thanks Matt. Looking at the my account details I did think that might be the figure just needed to make sure so I can financially justify the move.
