I noticed that there are many deals out there which will save me money even paying my early tremination fee . I called retentions they would not let me cancel my contract and pay the termination and start a new contract i would be saving at least £20 a month . I was fairly annoyed with plusnet anyway having been left without Broadban for 6 weeks over the xmas period .
So now i am having to leave plusnet get a better deal elsewhere and incidently getting a voucher which is save value as my termination fee all because of the infexibility of plusnet
