Leaving...but don't want to !

Times up on my fiber broadband contract.

But, the new deals are so expensive. I was paying around £30 for line rental and 70mb unlimited. PN want £29.99 to renew for 18 months whereas Talk Talk / Vodafone / Sky are all £25.

Is there anyway to get a better deal on PN? as I would like to stay with them, but I'm not paying a premium when the others are much cheaper.

Re: Leaving...but don't want to !

Already called retentions twice. First price £38!! Second call, price £30. I'd be happy to meet half way between Vodafone, talk talk etc who are charging £25 and PN £30 but I can't see a reason to pay a premium when broadband is coming from same exchange down the same pipe and there's nothing to differentiate.

@onlyme4

£30 a month for fibre extra is a pretty good deal given that the new customer deal is £28.99.

Sorry to hear you're not happy with the deal offered.

I'm afraid in these cases there isn't anything we can do
