Leaving Plusnet

Good afternoon,

 

Sadly I am moving my phone and broadband to BT. I am sure it wont be a permanent thing and look forward to returning to Plusnet in due course.

I have received my "goodbye" letter from Plusnet which says it has been informed i am moving my phone service but has not been informed that I am moving my broadband service (yet).

 

BT tell me Plusnet are aware because the phone service is the broadband service.

Can someone at Plusnet let me know if this is correct?

Hi there,


What BT said isn't right because we pick up on a migration of the phone service separately to broadband.

 

Ticket 156488643 on your account documents that we've picked up on the phone cancellation.

Thanks. I have now spoken to one of your guys on the phone and he has confirmed that notification has been received from BT.
