Hi, I have decided to leave Plusnet and move to Sky as I have tried to explain that I am struggling with bill at the minute as I have an outstanding balance but it seems you won't help as I have already had a payment plan last year but it seems you don't care or won't help me at all.
I don't want to leave, but I got no choice as I can't be without internet plus my broadband is restricted on some websites. If you could help me, then I will stay.
