Hello,
Vodafone are due to take over my phone line and broadband on Monday 20th April. The letter I have received from Plusnet says they have been told this is happening on 21st April. Does the one day difference matter? I presume Plusnet need to drop my line first before Vodafone can pick it up however this won't be able to happen if Plusnet think they have the line until Tuesday.
I'm unable to speak to anyone at a call centre as the line says it's not accepting calls and the chat function is yet again unavailable. How do I get this resolved so Vodafone can take over on Monday?

This might be caused by confusion whether 12 midnight on Monday (00:00) counts as Monday or Tuesday. I would argue that midnight on Monday is really Tuesday. Confusing isn't it?
