Leaving Plusnet

i'm leaving Plusnet after bad service and slow speeds..i asked my new provider to commence service on the 25th March and Plusnet sent me an email saying i would be charged for early termination... my account ends 26th march after 18 months.

What an utter joke after the bad service provided by Plusnet and not keeping to the promised speeds ( in which i'm told i can leave if they don't keep to it )

To charge for ONE day leaving early !!!

Just adds insult to injury.

Re: Leaving Plusnet

Because i thought there would then be the minimum disruption to service.

Re: Leaving Plusnet

Your service doesnt stop when your contract ends, you just move to a rolling monthly contract.

If you dont want to pay early termination fees then ask your new provider to change the start date.
