Leaving Plusnet within contract

Because of a couple issues that I'm not satisfied with the responses from Plusnet with, I'm considering leaving.

 

I appreciate that this is within my contract. I still have 10 months to go.

I have Unlimited Fibre Extra and phone.

Reading the termination section, it appears to me that they'll charge £11.61 per month left of the contract. Is that correct?

@white431, if you login to your Plusnet account and go here: https://www.plus.net/my.html?s=0&action=account_summary

This will tell you what you need to pay should you want to leave within contract.
