Leaving Plusnet 2ndMarch. Plusnet cut off my internet access 15th Feb

Hi, plusnet sent me a sorry your leaving us email last night and cut off my internet access at the same time. My leaving date is 2nd March and I work from home. Does anyone have any tips on how I can speed up being reconnected. I worry Plusnet are doing this out of spite.
