Leaving PlusNet

Have been with PN for a number of years, as of yesterday both BB and phone line were cancelled.
The question I have is that the phone line is still live, not able to test BB as router in yes on another line/BB.
Am I due a refund if I have not run the whole month?
As the phone is still live will this effect the above

Hi there,
On checking your account it looks like it's all in hand but awaiting the outcome of the complaint you've raised. As far as I can see though the account will be scheduled to close on the 23rd September, which is 10 days from your request to cancel yesterday - that's our standard cancellation period.

Thanks for this response.
The complaint has been sorted in my favour, however from what you are saying the original request to cancel the service made over 2 weeks ago was ignored.
Please confirm as the line should have be terminated as of yesterday which was more than your 10 days notice, if this has not been done I shall have to raise ye another complaint
