Leaving PlusNet - any costs?

After weeks of email issues, and completely useless customer support I've finally decided to leave PlusNet after over 18 years. Most other providers appear to be lower cost, and given my experiences in the last few weeks with customer support even if another provider is terrible, at least I'll save some money. I'm disappointed - I had expected better from PlusNet.
I've looked online to see if there are any exit charges which I'm likely to be hit with but can't see anything to either confirm or deny that Plus will expect some kind of payment to leave.
Does anyone know what their policy is?
