I want to leave. Can someone calculate what it will cost to be rid of this terrible service. I have put in a complaint and you've closed it without resolving it or asking if it's appropriate to close it. I've qued for hours trying to talk to someone on online chat. Yet another entire evening wasted. Can you get someone to email what it will cost please. I've read on your help pages that you only say how much it will cost after already got a new supplier, well I want to know before then as I wouldn't want to mess them around, email me please.
