Latest bill not quite right

Actually it appears that I have been undercharged.
Call diversion was finally activated during the week so expected a bill of around 20p pro-rata till 8/5 then and extra £2.01 in advance. Neither is showing but Call Divert is still displaying 'Awaiting activation'.
I don't mind not being charged Wink but it fairness I'd soon be complaining if I was overcharged so perhaps someone could look into this.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. They appear to be showing as billable components now. I would advise seeing what your bill is next month. I will see if I can get the component removed from pending activation.
